How we handle your details
Qlara is a UK-based AI agency. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, work email, company, company size, a description of the problem you'd like to solve, and your timeframe. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to run the work. We won't add you to a mailing list or sell your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email john@qlara.co.uk and we'll action it within one month.
