About

AI treated like production software, not experiments

Qlara is a small, senior AI agency in London. Small on purpose — you work directly with the person doing the thinking and the building.

Qlara is led by someone who spent over a decade running search and digital programmes for brands at THG, Dentsu and Kinesso. That means experience of what actually survives contact with a real business — budgets, legacy systems, sceptical stakeholders — not just what demos well.

Then came building and shipping an AI SaaS product end to end: the data pipelines, the scoring logic, the dashboards, the deployment. That's where the delivery discipline comes from — AI held to the same standard as any other production software.

Qlara exists because most small and mid-sized businesses are being sold one of two things: an AI strategy deck, or a chatbot. Very few people will sit with a business, find the one expensive process, and then actually build the fix. That's the whole job here.

How We Work

Four things we hold to

Outcome before build

We won't start a build without a baseline, a target and a way to measure it in your own tools.

One process at a time

One workflow, one solution, one measurable result. Scope creep is how AI projects die.

Senior attention only

We work with a small number of clients at a time. There is no junior team behind the curtain.

Honest answers

If AI isn't the right answer, or the payback isn't there, we'll tell you and we won't push a build.

How It's Built

Tool-agnostic, but opinionated

We build on whatever fits the problem rather than forcing a favourite platform, and we integrate with the stack you already run — your CRM, helpdesk, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Everything is set up in your name: you own the code and the accounts, and nothing is locked behind us.
