AI Agency · London
We start with where the money actually leaks — then design, build and launch the agent, automation or tool that fixes it. Live in weeks, not quarters.
No pressure, no jargon. Just a clear view of where AI can save you time or make you money.

Enriches Sarah's details from the CRM, drafts a personalised reply, and checks the sales team's calendar. Meeting booked for Thursday 2pm. Quote sent four minutes after the form was submitted — no one on the team touched it.
This is what happens while your team is in the next meeting.
What we actually do
Qlara is an AI agency working with small and mid-sized businesses across the UK. We help teams find where AI creates real value — then we build it, integrate it with the systems they already use, and stay long enough to make sure it sticks.
Most teams already know something is slow or manual. What they don't know is whether fixing it is worth anything. That's where we start: one process, one measurable outcome, a number you can check in your own tools.
Our AI services
How to start
A straight conversation about where the time and money go. You'll leave with an opinion, whether or not you work with us.
We map one or two costly workflows, build a simple ROI model, and hand you a prioritised 90-day roadmap.
We build the agent, automation or tool and wire it into your CRM, helpdesk or inbox. You see it running before it goes live.
We launch it with your team, set the success metric, and keep improving it against real usage.

Qlara is led by John, who spent over a decade running search and digital programmes for brands at THG, Dentsu and Kinesso before building and shipping his own AI product. You get senior attention on every build, not a junior team.

Who we work with
FAQs
We find where AI creates value in a specific business, then build it and run it in production. In practice that means mapping a process, agreeing a measurable outcome, building the agent or tool, and integrating it with the systems your team already uses.
Those tools help a person work faster; they don't own a process. What we build has your data, your rules, permissions and logging, and it runs whether or not someone remembers to open a chat window. If a Copilot licence solves your problem, we'll tell you to save the money.
We model it before we build it: how often the task happens, how long it takes, what it costs. Then we agree one metric you can check in your own tools. If the numbers don't hold up, the honest answer is not to build it.
Typically four to six weeks from the audit: one week to map and cost the opportunity, then two to four weeks to build and integrate. You see it running in your environment before it goes live to the team.
Scope and price are fixed in writing before any build starts, so there are no open-ended day rates. We only take on work we believe pays for itself inside 60–90 days, and if we can't see that payback we'll say so on the call.
No. We handle the design, build, integration and hosting. What we need from you is access to the relevant tools and one person internally who owns the outcome.
We work inside your existing platforms wherever possible, use least-privilege access, and don't train public models on your data. Anything sensitive is documented up front — what's used, where it goes, and who can see it.
Then we tell you, and you keep the map and the ROI model. We'd rather lose a build than ship something that quietly costs you more than it saves.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. If we can't see a use case worth building, we'll say so.
